How do I get started?
Download Lite, create your account, and save your business details, waste carrier registration and logo. Add a customer, then create your first Waste Transfer Note. Your standard 7-day trial starts with your first live ticket.
How do billing and cancellation work?
New accounts pay £15 + VAT per month (£18 including VAT) after the trial. Open Settings → Subscription → Manage in the app to manage billing, view invoices or cancel. You can also contact our team.
My verification code hasn’t arrived
Check spam or junk first, then request a new code in the app. Use the most recent code. If you are still stuck, email the team from the address you used to sign up.
My customer hasn’t received their WTN
Check the customer’s email address, open the note in your document archive and re-send it. Ask the customer to check spam or junk. The signed record is saved in your archive.
Can I work without a phone signal?
You can create and sign a note offline. Your saved note syncs and sends when your connection returns.
Does Lite handle hazardous waste?
Yes. Lite supports hazardous waste consignment notes and prompts for the additional information, including UN number, proper shipping name, hazard class, packing group and the process that produced the waste.
How do I use a carrier referral code?
Enter the carrier’s referral code during signup if the app hasn’t filled it automatically. A valid referral gives a 14-day free trial starting with your first live ticket. The usual trial is 7 days.
How do I delete my account?
Email support from your account email address with the subject ‘Delete my account’. We may need to verify your identity. Personal data is deleted in line with our privacy policy; limited records may be retained where required by law.
